MCMCTree 'Error: check and think about multificating trees.. '

I am using Mcmctree of PAML package to estimate divergence time using fossil calibration data. I went through the mcmctree tutorial and successfully ran with abglobin test data. However, in my case I got the following error, "Error: check and think about multificating trees..". How could I fix the problem? I am using protein data. I have generated the treefile in newick format using MEGA5. I would be grateful to you if you give me a solution. Thanks in advance.

the tree has to be rooted and binary.  there should be a bifurcation at the root.  in other words, the tree should be like the following

 

(A, B);

 

Not like this, for example:

(A, B, C);
