mcmctree results: out file and .tre are weird, could I trust mcmc.out result?

Hi 

I used mcmctree to estimate divergence time with 5 fossils, setup multiple runs with different priors of rate and sigma2. The results files are weird. "out" file didn't summarize the posterior probability. Some of rategram for each loci have negative values. ".tre" file doesn't contain the tree with all clades. Only "mcmc.out" files look ok and consistent among different runs. Could I just check burnin and summarize the output in "mcmc.out" and use those values?

You need provide more information before anybody can help you.
How many species are in the tree. How many loci do you have? Perhaps copy the control file here.
Did you go though the tutorial without much problem?
