Hi ,

I have some problem with PAMLX. When I run the program an error "There should be no space characters in sequence file's path." appears on the screen. I don't know why it happens to me. would you please help me in relation to this matter.

Hi Marina ,

I myself solved the problem. Put the unzipped files in new folder in another drive e.g"drive D " and run the graphical format. The path for everything will be drive "D" . I think this will work with you.

The program is not sophisticated enough to handle spaces in file names.
You have "documents and settings", which is causing trouble.
Install the program in another place, like programs/pamlx/

Any names appeared in your pathway should not have spaces. Then it will work fine.
