Error: ; in treefile

Hello all, 

I am experiencing an error for the first time in using codeml on many genes. 

This particular gene has fewer transcripts than I have used in the past. 

When I run the job, it exits immediately with the code: Error: ; in treefile

The only ";" is at the end of the tree. See the tree below:

I saw a previous message with this same error where it ran fine on someone else's computer. Is there any troubleshooting I can do on my end?

I believe I managed to figure it out. I created an entirely new tree file using Time Tree, and it seems to be working.
