Question about "check convergence.." in codeml output

Do you know what I should do when the "check convergence..." appears in the codeml output?

 

Should I run multiple analyses to get an output without the warning? Actually, when I compare multiple run results, sometimes the run with "check convergence" warning is the same as the ones without.

If the different runs produce the same thing, ignore the warning message.
