Hello everyone!

I need some help to read CODEML.

I prepared Fas and NWK files, but the application can't open and read anything.

Before Is an error

If you have some problems, please explain how to correct them.

Some advice on how to solve the "jones.dat" error is found here -

Once you get past that error, you may need to troubleshoot your fas and nwk files, but the initial error is not related to those files.
