The "NG86 unusable" message isn't really important; that section of the output is simply reporting codeml's efforts to generate starting parameter estimates, and codeml can generally run fine despite problems applying the NG86 method. Your
actual problem is on the last line of your "error.png" screenshot; "Species 0.9885?". Here, codeml has read your treefile and it's trying (but failing) to find a taxon named "0.9885". This problem stems from your use of a treefile that contains node support values. You should remove those and try again.
