Los nuevos inscritos en el Rgimen Especial de Trabajadores Autnomos o aquellos que no hayan estado dados de alta en los 2 aos inmediatamente anteriores tendrn derecho reduccin, que variar segn el tipo de base escogida:
Para los jvenes menores de 30 aos, 35 aos en el caso de ser mujer, que se inscriban en el RETA o que no hayan estado en situacin de alta en los 2 aos inmediatamente anteriores, podr aplicarse una reduccin del 30% durante 12 meses ms, que se sumara a los beneficios que hemos visto anteriormente.
Aquellos inscritos en el RETA que tengan una situacin de discapacidad reconocida igual o superior al 33%, que sean vctimas de violencia de gnero o de terrorismo, tanto si causan alta inicial, como si no han estado de alta en los dos aos previos, tendrn derecho a los siguientes beneficios:
Aquellos inscritos en el RETA que se encuentren en situacin de baja por maternidad, paternidad, adopcin, guarda con fines de adopcin, acogimiento, riesgo durante el embarazo o lactancia natural, podrn aplicar una bonificacin del 100%, resultante a aplicar sobre la base media del autnomo que haya tenido en los 12 meses anteriores.
Los supuestos en los que el autnomo contrate a un trabajador por temas de conciliacin y tenga a su cargo un menor de 12 aos, un familiar en situacin de dependencia o un familiar con discapacidad reconocida igual o superior al 33%, podrn beneficiarse de un 100% en la cuota de contingencias comunes.
Para las nuevas altas de familiares colaboradores, asociadas a un trabajador autnomo, se podr aplicar una bonificacin del 50% en su cuota durante los 18 primeros meses, y un 25% sobre los 6 meses siguientes.
La Ley 6/2017 recoge una nueva bonificacin del 100% de la cuota durante 12 meses para los autnomos que contraten de forma indefinida a su cnyuge o a un familiar de hasta segundo grado de consanguinidad o afinidad.
Aquellos inscritos en actividades encuadradas en los sectores de agricultura, pesca, acuicultura, industria (excepto energa, agua), comercio, turismo, hostelera y resto de servicios (excepto transporte areo, construccin, actividades financieras e inmobiliarias), podrn aplicar una bonificacin del 50% en su cuota.
