Senator Tim Kaine's War Powers Resolution S.J.68 is a joint resolution directing the President to terminate the use of U.S. Armed Forces for hostilities against Iran unless explicitly authorized by a congressional declaration of war or a specific authorization for use of military force against Iran. Democrats and Republicans worked together to pass this bill in the Senate. The vote could happen before this week ends!
