Live Practices with Lama Pasang

Dear Sangha,

We have been given a precious chance to participate in daily practices with Lama Pasang (link to bio HERE) via Zoom (Meeting ID: 722-893-558; download the free App on a computer, tablet, or phone) or Facebook (search for Lama Pasang's FB page), which will continue for the month of April. (Please note that if you use the Zoom App it is important to keep your microphone muted during practice.) This is due to lama being originally scheduled to travel to Canada to give teachings there, now our collective fortunate opportunity. Three documents along with Lama Pasang's picture are attached: the practice schedule, a description of the practices (also available HERE), and the revised Loma Gyonma practice text in PDF booklet format. This practice is particularly effective for subduing pandemics. If you wish to have a version for tablets please email me.

You will also see on the schedule the Dorje Gotrab practice, normally reserved for people who have had the empowerment, however, Khenchen has authorized this practice for others during this pandemic period. Please email me (eli...@palyulohio.org) directly if you wish to receive a copy of this slightly revised practice as it is not being made freely available due to traditional restrictions.

All of the other practices (except for Dorje Gotrab and Phowa) are available in our Daily Practice Book.

Please understand that these practices are sacred and should not be downloaded unless you intend to do the practice. As sacred texts, they should be treated with respect, placed in a safe place and not left on the floor or stepped over. If there comes a time when you anticipate not using the text again, please burn it rather than throw it away.

Our Ohio sangha is in a position to make a sangha offering to Lama Pasang at the end of April.
