Dear Dharma Brothers and Sisters |

As you may know, our monks in Namdroling Monastery and upstate New York have been isolated from the coronavirus and so far, we are happy to say that everyone is doing fine. We hope that you and your family are also doing fine and following the advice to #StayAtHome as we are.
One of the greatest sources of comfort in normal times is to practice together particularly on tsok days. Now more than ever this can help us. This week we are very fortunate as on Friday, April 3, at 6 PM (Eastern), Khen Rinpoche Tenzin Norgay along with Dorje Lopon Lama Sochuk, Lopon Rapjee Wangchuk, Lama Jigme Kunsang and Lama Kunzang Wangdi will lead us in Tsog, live webcasting from our upstate retreat center temple.
