Done supervise DDI team untuk aktifitas swap kabel power pada perangkat yang terindikasi menyebabkan stroom pada rak B.16.03 - B.16.05
Untuk kabel power yang baru telah dicek satu-per satu dengan menggunakan buzzer untuk memastikan 3 core pada kabel benar-benar terkoneksi & terproteksi grounding.
Setelah dilakukan swap kabel, tidak ada lagi tegangan yang terukur pada bodi perangkat.

Dear Pak luthfi,
Type kabel atau konektornya C13. Kemungkinan semua kabelnya tidak ada groundingnya pak. Kita sudah ambil sample 1 rack 1 kabel.
Hasilnya semua kabel yang dites tidak ada groundingnya. Semua kabel tersebut merek dan typenya sama.
Untuk project ini kabel powernya berbeda merek dengan kabel power existing yang pakai oleh DDI.
Untuk kabel penggantinya sebelum dikirim ke bintaro tolong dicek terlebih dahulu merek dan ukuran kabel beserta groundingnya.

Mohon maaf sebelumnya atas ketidaknyamanan tsb. Sebenarnya kabel power yang kami pakai tsb sama dgn yang kami pakai di Graha XL dan Cibitung. Dan kabel power tsb sudah standard dari pabriknya.
Jika mungkin ada beberapa kabel power yang berpotensi rusak dan menyebabkan hal tsb, kami akan ganti besok malam.
Boleh tau kabel power yang tidak ada groundingnya yang tipe apa ya Mas? C13 atau C19? Apakah bisa bantu cek ada berapa kabel yang diasumsikan menyebabkan setrum tsb?

Terlampir capture kondisi rack B.16.03 – 06
Dear team DDI,
Mohon segera diganti kabel power (PDU to switch) untuk perangkat switch/LB karena semua kabel power perangkat DDI (B.16.01 – 06) tidak standar.
Kabel power standart isinya ada 3 core (phase,netral, grounding). Kabel yang terpasang sekarang isinya hanya 2 (minus grounding).
Halnya ini menyebabkan perangkat tidak dapat grouding dari PDU. Sehingga menimbulkan kontak bodi atau sengatan listrik (stroom) pada bodi perangkat.
Dan sangat berbahaya jika terjadi petir. Untuk mencegah terjadinya stroom pada bodi perangkat/rack kabel power harus yang standar (isi 3) yang sudah dilengkapi kabel grounding.
Untuk ukuran kabel standar minimal 3x1mm².

Info dari IB team spv (mas Dendi), tiang penyangga di dalam rack sebelum nya sudah di mundurin oleh team kabel sesuai request IB agak kedalam (siang harinya) supaya pd saat equip di pasang tdk terlalu mepet ke pintu. Dan hal ini sebelum nya juga sudah diinfokan ke mas Ihsan sehingga team IB yg shift malam tdk menginfokan lagi. Tetapi ternyata setelah itu tiang penyangga kembali di posisi awal dg kondisi equip sudah terpasang pada malam harinya. Siapa yg memindahkan nich.???
Ada beberapa rack server yg awal nya juga tiang penyangga di mundurin sesuai request IB team, tetapi setelah di check oleh vendor server bila posisi terlalu mundur servernya akan mentok di bagian belakangnya sehingga di adjust lagi maju agak ke depan (tdk pd posisi normal), tetapi utk rack equip LAN seharus nya bila di mundurin tdk ada issue mengingat equip LAN panjangnya hanya kurang lebih stengah rack. Hal ini juga supaya bagian port di depan aman pada saat pintu ditutup.
Info yg saya dapat server schedule power on malam ini. Bila memang schedule semua equip akan di power on malam ini, tolong di perbaiki juga hari ini.
BTW, sesuai pembicaraan barusan confirm yha sore ini team DDI akan mengirimkan team utk memperbaiki penempatan perangkat nya dan selanjutnya malam hari nya akan melanjutkan dg power on.

Sesuai pembicaraan barusan mohon nanti di supervise team DDI utk melakukan instalasi ulang equip nya dan di bantu utk memundurkan tiang penyangganya. Tolong juga di siapkan resource IB untuk membantu team DDI pd proses re mounting nanti malam.

Saat ini semua perangkat sudah dimounting sesuai alokasi rak.
Namun saat akan dimounting kemarin Inbuilding tidak bilang bahwa raknya perlu dimundurin dulu. Padahal kami baru mulai mounting start sekitar jam 8 malam (setelah engineer makan malam).
Mohon dimengerti dengan request ini, maka kami harus siapkan 3 engineer dan harus dismantle dan mounting ulang (re-work) perangkat sebanyak 28 unit.
Kami bisa usahakan paling cepat dilakukan pada Senin depan.
Mohon dimengerti karena saya harus book resources dulu dan tidak bisa mendadak. Terima kasih.

So, when we can start to deliver the devices and mounting? We prefer to deliver and mounting at a same days. So we eliminate risk for miss coordination or miss placing the devices.
