Food Box Giveaway @ Lederer Gardens
Tomorrow (Wednesday) 11-12pm
Hello all
Hope everyone is well. This year we will be partnering with Capital Area Food Bank to give away their food boxes at our weekly veggie giveaways. We're going to start the first food box giveaway tomorrow (Wednesday) at Lederer Gardens at 11-12pm. The food boxes this week will contain apples, broccoli, mix produce and other food items. Hope to see you tomorrow!!!
Farm Open Hours
We'll also be there from 10-2pm working on the farm if anyone wants to volunteer at the farm and/or food box giveaway.

And lastly if you need seeds while you're here come check out our newly restocked public seed library. See rules below.
Lederer Public Seed Library Rules
- The Public Seed Library can only be accessed during open farm hours
- Must notify a DPR staff member before taking any seeds
- Limit 10 seed packets per person
- If you need more than 10 seed packets please get permission first from a DPR staff member
- Please help keep seeds organized and in the order you found them. Thanks!!!!
