Highlights
Communal Farm Fall Workshop Series Starting!!!
This Fall we're hosting lots of food demos, workshops, and activities at all our communal farm veggie giveaways.

DC Mutual Aid Apothecary (DCMA)
DC Mutual Aid Apothecary (DCMA) will be popping up at the Lederer veggie giveaway with fresh herbs, herbal glycerites, elderberry syrup and a bulk dried herb section for tea blending. DCMA provides free herbal products and education to the community and is
a chapter of Herbalists Without Borders.

Weekly Request for Help
Need More Help at Lederer Gardens
We've doubled our growing area this year at Lederer Gardens which means we have lots to harvest but also lots to maintain. We could use help with maintenance and harvesting if anyone can join.
Lederer Gardens Open Farm Hours
(can self-harvest during open hours too)
Mondays - 10-2pm
Wednesday - 9-2pm (harvesting for giveaway 9-11am)
Fridays - 10-4pm
Saturdays - 7-10am
Need Produce Bags, 5-gallon Buckets, and Large Plastic Totes
We're running low on plastic bags to use as free produce bags during our
weekly veggie giveaways. We could also use large plastic totes and 5 gallon buckets to help wash and store our veggies in. Feel free to drop these off at any veggie giveaway or
farm open hours.
