People have requested the slides from my Sept 23 XCAP presentation that discussed the feasibility of a rail trench.  A copy has now been posted on the XCAP meeting page:

The slide package is a decent stand-alone document, but it obviously does not include the verbal context/explanation from the presentation.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
