Jan 21 City Council Meeting, Grade Separation on the Agenda, Feedback solicited for new proposal for at-grade Train, Charleston/Meadow underpass, separate bike+ped lane and under/overpass

Happy New Year folks!
We have a City Council Meeting on Jan 21st (Tuesday) with Grade Separation on the Agenda. This agenda item starts at 7:15PM.
1-page quick recap of where we are at with grade sep options is attached (picture). These are the existing options being considered.
There is another new option for the two S PA intersections being proposed where the rail will stay at grade; there will be a road underpass for Meadow and Charleston; but no left from Charleston / Meadow west on Alma North; a separate lane in both directions for ped + bikes, with a bike+ped underpass / overpass; (pages 7-14 on https://www.cityofpaloalto.org/civicax/filebank/documents/74853 have more details). Pg 8 lists the reasons why the XCAP committee thought we needed another option.
If you want to voice your opinion for / against this new idea, please come to the City Council at 7:15PM on Tuesday Jan 21st.
Current deadline to select one option for S PA is April 30th with Council voting in May.
