XCAP meeting 9/16

The Sept 16 XCAP meeting is scheduled for 4-7pm, although there is at least a half hour of Churchill material before Charleston/Meadow deliberations begin.  The public-comment period for Charleston/Meadow speakers is at the beginning of the "Begin Deliberations" Item.
