editing table attributes / suppressing page breaks

It took me a while to figure out how to view a table's attributes: you click "table" or "informaltable" in the element breadcrumb widget below the formatting bar.

To prevent page breaks within a table, set the xinfo:keep-together attribute to "yes."

You can also select a parent element in the "Element attributes" dialog.
