I realized last week that I have several hundred cross-references imported from Confluence that are not set to update automatically when the target changes. (Luckily only 14 of them are currently broken.)
I don't know if that would be an issue if you imported directly from Confluence today. When I migrated in 2016, I went through Scroll DocBook Exporter, since at that time import was cleaner than with Confluence's native HTML export.
