lunch: grilled hamburger patty, lettuce, tomato, onion
dinner: prime rim, green beans, pear with tsp of peanut butter on it

egg and 2 sclices of turkey
snack: jerky, and hand full of nuts
lunch HB egg, sliced turkey and pineapple
dinner, Awsome flank steak with red, yellow, and green peppers,
fresh tomato, 4 fresh stawberries
snack hand full of trail mix

I also had a 1/2 slice of lemon cake...friend made the cake from
actuall lemons from the tree in my yard, does that count a little bit

lunch ham,chicken and roast beef rolls, celery with peanut putter
dinner: Meatballs with SPAGETTI SQUASH (new to me) baked the squash
and then shredded it. acually verry good and served like regular
pasta but only 37 calories. I also tried JIMICA (Mexican Turnip)
diced and added to my salad. it was sweet with a crunchy texture.
not what i expected, very tasty
