Jan 8th

Breakfast:
- 3 oz chicken breast (slices)
- 1 md orange
- 12 almonds

Lunch:
- 3 oz pork chop
- 1 cup asparagus
- 2 Tbsps olive oil

Dinner:
- 4 oz hamburger patty (93% fat free)
- 1 cup cucumbers
-.5 cup carrots (YUCK)

Lunch:
- 2 cups of cucumber salad

Snack:

-1 diet rockstar

Dinner:
- 1 Las Vegas roll from RA sushi...totally awesome
- 1 lobster shrimp roll
- 12 oz Asahi beer

- small salad with cucumber, olives, chopped ham, eggs
- 1 oz of some horrible stew meat from the chow hall on base...UGH

- 4 oz pork chop
