butternut squash soup

onions, and small salad w vin and avacodo

(they were Marvelous!), salad, 2 fish oil

snack: marvelous meatball soup (what was left that was no longer in
meatball form! It's exactly like Chili but without the beans!),

dinner: Rockin Moroccan Chicken (Everyday Paleo)....wow! It was
Rockin! Didn't get much of it since Mike and Joel were here! So no
leftovers :(!

bought cauliflower before this week, because I don't like it....but I
like it w/curry!) I have another veggie in my fridge that I've never
bought before....making that sometime this week!

snack: 2 glasses of wine, 1 piece (tiny) of chocolate brownie....my
first cheat in almost 3 weeks!

P.S. B Mike wants you to know that these are all his new veggies as
well!

Great job! Way to go on trying all the new Paleo recipes and new
veggies. We made the Chicken Veggie Roll ups on Sat. and they were

snack: 1 hard boiled egg, tried some of the smoothie I made for my
kids (pineapple, blueberries, little bit coconut milk and almond milk,
and ice.....so good and they loved it)
dinner: marvelous meatballs, roasted asparagus, mushrooms, and
heirloom tomatoes

missing crossfit :( but trying to heal my 80 yr old back.
