Breakfast - 3 eggs, 3 oz turkey breast, half avocado, 3 strawberries,
cup coffee with coconut milk.

Lunch - Large green salad with grilled chicken breast, avocado,
cucumber, tomatoes.

Post wod - half banana

Dinner - Ground turkey sauted in olive oil with chili powder,
paprika, garlic powder, lime juice with 2 eggs, blueberries, 6
macadamia nuts.

Snack - apple, small handful of almonds

Breakfast - ground turkey with spices, 2 eggs, berries, cashews

Lunch - roast beef, strawberries, cashews

Snack - small piece of dark chocolate

post wod - banana

Dinner - grilled chicken breast, grean beans, 1/2 sweet potato,
cucumbers, macadamia nuts

snack - raw, no sugar added trail mix, no peanuts.

Snack - cashews, raw trailmix

dinner - taco salad, ground beef, lettuce, cucumbers, jalapeno's,
avocado, salsa verde

snack - grapes

lunch - paleo friendly chicken cacciatore, chicken, peppers, onions,
toad stools, tomato sauce,raw greens, cashews

pre-wod - raw trail mix

post wod - half banana

dinner - 3 egg frittata with green peppers, toad stools, jalapenos, 2
pieces of bacon, cashews

snack - raw trail mix
