Breakfast pre WOD one apple post WOD two eggs scambled 4 peices of
bacon a bowl of fruit and 1/2 and avacodo two cups of black coffee 3
fish oil

lunch elk burger salad a bag full of carrotts 3 dark chocolate squares
3 fish oil

Snack 3 handfulls of almonds

Dinner grilled chicken wings from KFC 4 large strawberrys 2 dark
chocolate squares hand full of almonds 3 fish oil

Lunch 5 grilled chicken strips another bowl of fruit 1/2 avacodo

Dinner bbq beef brisquet and a salad with very little dressing

Snack samari sam teryoki bowl no rice beef and chicken and some of
kammies liqurice (shame on her) and a cup of black coffee

fruit, 2c black coffee, + 3 fish oil
Lunch: 2 grilled chicken tenders on a salad, cantalope, watermelon,
honey dew melon, .5 avocado + 3 fish oil, water
Dinner: Spaghetti squash, olives, tomato sauce with italian sausage, +
3 fish oil and water
Snack: 3 pieces of beef jerky, 2DC squares, 2 handfulls of
blueberries

Post WOD: 2 dried fruit bars
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, both of mixed fruit, .5 avocado,
2 c black coffee + 3 fish oil
Lunch: 8 oz sirloin, carrots and broccoli, black olives and green
beans, water + 3 fish oil
Snack: 3 DC squares and dried fruit bar
Dinner: Everyday paleo chili, water, + 3 fish oil

Breakfast: Paleo Almond Meal Pancakes - BOO!! 2 strawberries, 2 c of

black coffee + 3 fish oil
Lunch: 20 grilled chicken wings, carrots, 8 DC strawberries, celery,
oranges, grapes, veggie chips and guac, water
Snack: parfait
Dinner: More veggie chips with guac, celery, carrots, grapes and
oranges - continuation of lunch! Iced Tea unsweetened

balck coffee + 3 fish oil
Lunch: Spaghetti Squash with italian sausage, handful of grapes, water
+ 3 fish oil
Snack: 3 DC chocolare squares
Dinner: 6 oz filet mignon, spinach strawberry walnut salad, steamed
carrots broccoli, water + 3 fish oil 2 cups black coffee

Pre WOD 2 dried fruit bars post WOD 5 peices of turkey bacon .5 bell
pepper forgot a fat and 2 cups of black coffee
lunch 15 grilled chicken wings 6 dc squares shorted the carbs WTF
dinner peice of vinicen green chile jerky stick strawberry walnut
spinach salad and three handfulls of walnuts cup of black coffee tried
to steel a couple of cheese puffs from the kids, but they have wisened
up to the diet and said NO its not on your diet!! But now that i think
about it I should have pushed them off the chair and taken them anyway

jerky, 1 cup of coffee

Lunch: garden salad a little ranch, beef strouganoff with egg noodles,
iced tea
Dinner: spaghetti squash with meatballs and grapes, iced tea + 3 fish
oil
Snack: beef jerky, 6 DC squares

slice of cake, iced tea and water
Dinner: Asian Chicken Salad from Paradise Bakery, small fruit bowl,
french onion soup, cup of coffee, small cookie + 3 fish oil
