Breakfast - 4 eggs, handful almonds, some cantelope, and 2 fish oils.
Green tea.
Lunch - 2 large bowls spring and spinach salad, lots of sunflower
seeds, tomatoes, broccoli, 4 hardboiled eggs, balsamic vinaigrette.
Green tea.

friendly chicken cacciatore.
Snack - Some ground beef, bowl of berries w/ cool whip, 1/2" avocado.

Lunch - Large amount of italian sliced beef, lettuce, whole tomato,
lots of peppers in olive oil.

Dinner - 3 large lean grd beef patties, avocado salad (1 long
cucumber, 1 whole avocado, lemon juice and olive oil), a few almonds,
2 fish oils.
Snack - 5 oz or so of chicken breast, tomato, bowl of berries w/
coolwhip, a few almonds. Chamomille tea, no sweetner.

large cucumber, .75 tomato, lemon juice and olive oil as dressing), 2
bowls chicken red chile, and 2 fish oils. Chamomille tea.

Lunch - Bowl of guac, steak, shrimp, salad, veggie mix (onions,
peppers), cucumbers, salsa, 1 dozen corn chips (dang it).
Dinner - 8 grilled chicken legs, 1 avocado, handful macadamian nuts,
grilled zucchini.
Snack - Bunch of beef jerky, macadamian nuts, mixed berries.
Chamomille tea.

75 large cucumber, .5 avocado, olive oil and lemon juice dressing),
bowl of lettuce, hot sauce, .5 orange, 1 whole tomato.
S- 4 slices turkey breast, 6 almonds, small bowl berries. Chamomille

S - Tuna salad (5oz tuna, .5 large cucumber, .5 avocado, 5 almonds,
lemon juice/olive oil dressing) 1 fish oil. Chamomille tea.

couple pieces beef jerky, 1 fish oil. Green tea.
D - .25 cucumber, cup broccoli, guac, 2 cups pineapple, couple spoons
salsa, 2 spoons sour cream, 8-10 oz of steak, 2 medium bowls spring
mix salad, 1 bite mashed potatoes.
Dessert - small brownie, 1 spoon ice cream, whipcream. I know, I fell
off the wagon. I need to try harder.
S - 4 oz chicken, .25 avocado, 1 cup fresh fruit, 1 fish oil.

L - Crappy lunch @ the WM Phoenix Open kick off luncheon @ the
Biltmore. 3 baby carrots, some mushrooms, mashed butternut squash,
couple cucumbers, some sprouts, 1 strawberry w/ a little whipped
cream, 2 cups tea unsweetened... No protein to be had, I was pretty
pissed.
S - 3 oz beef jerky
D - Paleo taco salad, couple bites of phenom chicken, .5 avocado,
about a cup of diced tomato, onion, and green chile mix, hot sauce, 1
fish oil. Chamomille tea.
S - 3 oz chicken, 6 almonds.

chips).

lemon juice, .5 of a sweet potato, raw macadamian nuts, 900mg epa/dha.
S - 4 oz grassfed ground beef, lots of lettuce, .5 tomato, hotsauce,

D - 9 oz top sirloin steak, 2 large bowls of cucumber avocado salad.
S - Burger from in and out w/ lettuce, no bun, handful berries w/ raw

Jan 16th - Super hungry all day and never could get full.

B - 4 eggs, large bowl chicken chile, some cabbage, hot sauce, .5
orange, some mac nuts, .5 cup spinach raw, 900 mg epa/dha. Green tea.
L/D - Cheat meal. Best estimate over the course of about an hour of
eating... 45 corn chips, 1.25lbs shredded beef, .5 cup cheese, some
mac nuts, salsa, epa/dha.
S - 4oz turkey, some raw sunflower seeds.

of almond butter, a few almonds, 900 mg epa/dha.
L - Spinach salad w/ 4 oz of chicken, 4 oz of shrimp, a little goat
cheese (i know), olive oil w/ some orange dressing.
200mg caffeine pill (dead tired)
D - The rest of beer can chicken on spinach, lots of olive oil for
dressing, a can of smoked oysters, 10 almonds, a tomato, 900 mg epa/
dha.
S - 4 oz tuna w/ some olive oil mayo, lemon juice, .75 cup berries w/
raw sunflower seeds sprinkled on top, 1 spoon of almond butter.

L - Barbeque company sampler plate, about 10 oz of protein (couple
pork rips, chicken, beef brisket) w/ bbq sauce on it, didn't put extra
on, but it had some on it to begin w/, lots of grilled veggies, .5 cup
cole slaw.
D - 10 oz shrimp, avocado/cucumber salad (whole cucumber, 1 avocado,
lemon juice, olive oil), 12 or so macs, 900 mg epa/dha. Green tea.
S - Some jerky, 5 oz lean ground beef patty, .25 avocado, .75 cup

7oz tuna, salad, some type of olive oil dressing, 5 oz grilled beef
patty.

Almond meal pancakes (heavenly), 1 C mixed berries pureed over cakes,

Dinner @ Ruths Chris - 6 oz filet, 8 oz lobster tail, chop salad,
mushrooms, chocolate moose, 1 piece of bread loaded w/ butter.

Some vodka water, whole package of bacon, bunch of eggs.

squash, olive oil, 6 oz grilled shrimp, small avocado, hot sauce, 900

S - Can of smoked fish of some sort, can of tuna, spoon of almond
butter, an amazing smoothie (1 pineapple spear, .25 cup cocunut milk,
