Wednesday 1/20

bfast: 3 oz pineapple, 2 cups coffee
snack: orange, mixed nuts
lunch: 4 oz turkey, raw sugar snap peas, water
snack: mango(5 slices)
dinner(post wrkout): 4 steak medallions( cooked on cast iron pan by
"ME" omg soo damn good, highly recommended) asparagus, sweet potatoes,
pineapple-mango-blueberry salad!! A BEER!
