bit of cream

Lunch - 2 eggs, 3 almonds, green apple

Snack - Turkey Bacon, orange, green tea

Dinner - Sliced Chicken breast, 6 almonds, nectarine

Lunch - egg, spinach and tomatoes omelette, coffee little cream

Snack - green tea, sliced chicken breast, small orange x 2

Dinner - Tuna almond mixed green salad, 3 squares chocolate

Apple, green tea

Lunch - Santa Fe Chicken Salad, coffee with milk

Dinner - Chicken Breast slices, 3 small clementines, piece of whole
wheat bread :( , almonds


Friday -

Breakfast - 2 eggs, tomatoes, spinach, coffee (latte)

Lunch - Chicken, Spinach salad, cucumbers

Snack - grapefruit, 8 almonds, 4 slices of chesse

Dinner - Chicken salad

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs, little bit of feta cheese, spinach,
coffee latte

Lunch - grilled Chicken, guag, tomatoes

Snack - Lunch meat, orange, almonds

Dinner - salad, grapes and one beer


Sunday -

Breakfast - two eggs, coffee latte

Lunch - handful of carrots, mixed fruit (melon, strawberries, grapes,
sliced turkey, 9 crackers, 3 cheese slices

Snack -
piece of cake

Dinner -bowl of kashi cereal

( Snack ) Chicken, avacado, half a grapefruit

Dinner - Sliced chicken breast, 2 tangerine, almonds, 4 squares of
chocolate

Thursday -

Breakfast - 2 eggs necturine

Lunch - Mediterranean Chicken, pickles, lettuce, onion, small amount
of tahni sauce, 3 small bites of the pita

Snack, Green apple, coffee with a little milk.

Dinner - 2 Chicken breast cooked, 2 slices of bread, house salad

Coffee with coconut milk !!!!!! YEAH no dairy !!!! First day :)

Lunch - half a hamburger, beef jerky, 4 pieces of chocolate, an apple

Dinner - cabbage with ahi tuna steak
