Breakfast:
Choked down 2 slices of nitrate free Roast Beef - wasn't in the mood,
apple and almond butter, + 3 fish oil and water

Snack:
4 strawberries and 8 almonds

Lunch:
cucumbers, 4 carrot spears, 1 cup of pineapple and 3 oz of ham + 3
fish oil, iced tea

Dinner:
2oz of roast beef, 1 oz turkey jerkey, apple and almond butter, water
+ 3 fish oil

This is a bit too much fruit. Fill you day with veggies, limit fruit
to less then 50% of meals. All and all good work!

Breakfast: 2 turkey bacon, handful of grapes, olives and water + 3
fish oil
Lunch: 3 slices of turkey, carrots, and couple nut clusters, water
Snack: apple and almond butter
Dinner: Elk slim jim :), oranges, carrots and celery, water + 3 fish
oil
