blackberries and rasberries, handful
Lunch- 1 oz. chicken breast
small salad with fresh green bell peppers and
cucumber, sliced
handful almonds
snack- 1/4 sliced apple w/ tsp peanut butter
dinner- 1 scrambled egg w/ avocado
sliced tomatoes with cucumbers
snack- 1 tangerine
dinner- 1 oz. chicken breast
1/2 cup yams/cinnamon/ pat of butter
2 fish oil capsules
Lunch- spring salad mix with fresh bell peppers, tomatoes and 2
hard boiled eggs sliced.
1/4 cantaloupe
snack handful of raw almonds
Lunch-
Large salad with Cesar dressing and grilled chicken
green tea to drink
Dinner- no dinner
