We’re teaming up with Fermented Food and Beverage Supply for another multi-club meeting tonight. Heads up, it starts at 7PM rather than our normal 8PM.
Join us for a multi-club homebrew meeting with Brandon Jones from Yazoo Brewing Company! Brandon is the head funkmaster and brewer for Yazoo's wild and sour program (Embrace the Funk). This meeting will focus on the topic of mixed fermentation. We're all familiar with saccharomyces, but have you tried using brettanomyces, lactobacillus, pediococcus or other unconventional brewing microbes?
