I deactivated Photoshop, expecting that I'd then be able to enter my retail serial number, but when I try to license it, it doesn't even let me enter a serial number - it just detects the (just cancelled today, but still active) subscription and says thanks very much.
I appreciate that this isn't exactly a terrible problem to have, and it's not a big deal. But is there any way to force it to let me enter my serial number, even though the subscription is still active? I'd prefer to avoid uninstalling the downloaded subscription copy, and reinstalling from the (ugh) DVD in the retail box - especially if that one will just pick up the subscription too!
3. Quit and relaunch Photoshop again. It will say you have 30 days left in your trial, and you can either click the "License" button or "Continue Trial". First, disconnect from the internet (switch off your computer's wifi, or such - make sure

I wanted to get Photoshop CS6 Extended so I searched adobe photoshop cs6 extended trial, I clicked on one of the links and it took me to this page: [link] and then on the top I went to download>>product trials and it took me to this page: [link] and I clicked try for Photoshop CS6 Extended which then took me to the creative cloud page and I clicked download the free trial of photoshop. I downloaded and installed the adobe application manager, I looked down the list and found photoshop which I downloaded but when I opened the program it only said Photoshop CS6 not Photoshop CS6 Extended. I have seen before that I could download Photoshop CS6 Extended but why not now?
I am just using a trial for 30 days, when I opened it this is what showed up for the welcome screen: [link] but the CS6 Extended trial opening screen looks like this: [link] My friend has the extended version and I have seen her open it so I know what it looks like.
I changed my CC plan from All Apps to just Photography recently because I couldn't afford it anymore, as I figured I could use my old CS6 programs. But now whenever I try to launch the CS6 version of Photoshop (and any other CS6 program), a message pops up saying "Your trial will expire in x number of days." This never happened when I was on the All Apps tier. Has anyone dealt with this before? I do need to use these programs for work, so I'm a little worried that Adobe won't let me use the CS6 programs once this "trial" period expires. But I own the programs! I'm confused haha.
Hi! I did try when I was trouble-shooting myself, and I clicked through to "License this software".
Unfortunately a message came up that said "The serial number you entered is invalid". It should be the same serial number that came with the box, so I'm not sure what's going on there.
