STC Sawa service.

Dear friends,   In my STC Sawa mobile there is a service by chance activated several months ago.  The name of service is Khalfiyyat1.  When, how and who activated it, no idea.  Every Tuesday a message in Arabic will come like this LAKADH THAMMA TAJDEED ISHTHIRAKUK BINAJAH FEE KHIDMA KHALAYIYYAT 1.  TAREEKHUL INTIHAHUL JADEED HUWA 03-29-2012 09:25 means Your service at Khalafiyyat 1 (means wallpaper) is renewed.  Its new expiry date is 03-29-2012 09:25.  At once a message for deduction of SR.10.00 also will come.  In order to stop this, I called to 902 and further personally visited STC Customer service.  In their system no such service is existing and even they have no solution to stop the same also.  When I emptied the balance then another message came by asking to add more credit to renew the service.  Finally a message came with an expiry date to cease the service which was 03-21-2012 06:09.  I was happy that the service stopped. Today I transferred SR 10.00 from another mobile but immediately it's gone, meaning the service renewed.  I want to retain the mobile number.   Can Anybody advise me how to stop this headache.         Regards, Hamza Nadichala.
