incoming repository rename

Paladin has become an overloaded project name, so we've decided to
rename the engine sub-project to Gladius. I'm going to rename the
github project next week, which means that anyone who currently has a
fork will need to update some settings in .git/config.

I'll send out some additional information next week about exactly what
needs to be updated; I think it should be straightforward.
