An Apology: Problems With On-Line Commentary vs Scunthorpe

Dear All,

Please accept our apology if you were one of those people listening to
the Scunthorpe commentary on-line. Unfortunately due to a wiring fault
a part of both the first and second half commentary was not available
to you via the Palace Player service.

We worked as quickly as possible to fix the problem, first
temporarily, then more permanently and I hope this is the first and
last time we have such a problem.

In addition there was no internet access at Selhurst Park on Saturday
which meant we had no means to communicate our problems to the web
community or use an alternative method of broadcasting on-line.

Thank you for your patience and continued support. We look forward to
bringing you a full and uninterrupted match day broadcast this
Saturday when Crystal Palace FC host Derby County!
