Hi Prabakar,

  I did not speak to them recently. I got few documents from Hirco about the allotment of flat. In that it was mentioned, that if the project did not take off until Dec 2007, then they will return the money back. I am not sure about the trend currently in chennai. I will talk to them sometime next week and update it in the groups. If you get more info about this, please post it in the group.
