Hi Pals,

Do you have any update on this project? Has it been officially
launched?

I did visit them at Fairpro. They are selling till 27th floor!!!!

They claim that they have started the work for G+3 and also excavation
work for the multistory....

Have you guys locked in 20% of the cost...? And have to wait how long?

Hi Ravi, Welcome to the group. When I booked there was only 15 floors and later they increased to 27 floors. Initially the amount was 15% to be paid for locking the apartment and Rs 15 for each floor increase. But this was long back when they newly launched this project. Now they might have raised their rates. I too heard that they started their work for G+3 but not sure how far this far has completed. It is not officially launched yet.
