Chapter "2.1 Parts complement" in the "KIM-1 User Manual" says that the unit is shipped with "1 Programming Card".
What is it and where can it be found?

I re-made a PDP-8 card using modern software so it could be printed nicely. I should have a go at this one. Unless someone has already done it?
