WOZMON in PAL-2 ROM

Hi Group,

I tried altering the PAL-2 monitor ROM with the modified Monitor that can be found on Hans site, including WOZMON at $1AA0.

It did not work. It just hung on start, not initializing the PAL-2. Hm. bummer

What worked was adding the only  WOZMON part to the PAL-2 ROM to 1AA0. Kind of.

WOZMON starts, but behaved odd. It will not set a new line after 16 Bytes output....

Any hints?

What next?

I will try Eduardo Casinos 1AA0 Binary for loading CPM from SD card (wohoooo.. with 64 K ram)

It didn‘t work. He should always after 16 memory locations switch to the next line abd start with an adress.  But he just keeps going on and ob and evers starts at the beginning again.  odd

Why is your Monitor code in the zip file different from the PAL-2?

OK. Now I used  Ronny's ROM, which he posted here https://groups.google.com/g/pal6502/c/orpv0Jx54ns/m/B6tNYuH7AQAJ . This one works flawless.

And I have a little "PAL"  instead of KIM when resetting

So something is wrong with the other files

I compared my wozmon binary with the one Ronny included in his KIM ROM.

No difference for one unrelatd byte, I jump to the KIM monitor at exit instead of calling it as a subroutine.

That is not a reason for the behaviour Nils sees. It does run fine in my simulator.

And after looking further into it, the ROM image indeed was wrong. I tried to have the Wozmon use a more convenient zero page area, and that fails the memory dump. 
The zeropage area at $30 seems to work fine, the $E5 variant fails. I removed that version and updated the ROM image.
