Integration with Rack::Cache

Has anyone successfully used Pakyow with Rack::Cache? I've got it referenced in my app.rb, but it doesn't seem to work elsewhere.

If not, what other caching libraries/code snippets have people used?

What isn't working about Rack::Cache exactly? Can you offer more details? Since it's middleware, it should just work.
