Dear students,

Greetings from International Office!

How are you these days? I am writing this letter to inform you that there will be 2^nd SKKU Inter-Campus Sports Festival on this coming Friday, May 10, 2013. Let’s participate this festival as a player or cheer Suwon campus students and have fun!

There 2 different games that international students can join!

Game	Suwon

* First Come, First Served!

12:30 – 13:40	Suwon -> Seoul  by bus	Everyone will meet at the meeting point and heads to Seoul campus with Julia, who is the person in charge of International office at Suwon.
14:00 – 15:00	Seoul Campus Tour	Have you been to Seoul Campus? It must be a good chance to know History of Seoul campus and enjoy near SKKU.
15:00 – 19:00	Sports Festival	The event will start from 14:00 but you can join those two games from 16:00 to 18:30 and enjoy World Food Festival( ~16:00) in Seoul campus.
19:00 -	Party Night	Let’s enjoy Friday Night~!

Those of you want to joint these games are kindly asked to fill out the following form and sent back to me.

[NOTES]

• We will provide the participants with participation certificates which you may show to your professor to make up for class absence.

• Participants will be asked to gather in front of the International Affairs, Seoul, at 15:45.

• Participants at Suwon Campus will be able to take a free shuttle from Suwon to Seoul Campus around 12:00.

• Small gifts (SKKU shirt, thumb drive) will be presented to participants.
