Community Unity and 3 Events this Saturday

Community forum is to serve the Pakistanis to the best and resolve maters among over-selves. Thanks for putting confidence in me to serve community and I think Pakistani students are more active as evident by last few extracurricular events. 

Please let me explain how was the selection process given by international office and what is future policy for participants of the trips and tours like one on Saturday.

Ms Julia asked me if i would like to join the trip and if so give two more names and policy will be first come first serve. It is understood there was more interested students then available seats so not everyone could go. It was also well communicated by facebook and googlegroups that whoever will reply first to email will be selected. 

In response to that email from international office i forwarded Shoaib replied after 1 second and Qamar Bhai replied in 4 second, which i am attaching so there is not doubt about this selection process. Attached trip correspondence is sufficient to show transparent process is followed. This may not seems fair but this is international office given policy and seems only option. 

In the future, it is decided that in trips where there are limited number of seats, cyclic policy will be use; meaning a person can go after everyone else interested has visited once. The guys going to this trip including me will not be going in the next planned trips unless slot is free or no one is going or all have been served once.

Please comments on this fair service policy and let me know your feedback.

Also purpose of above detail is if there is some doubt or problem we should resolve among over-selves, otherwise community impression we are giving by complaining.   

Event 1>> Kanghwa Island Trip, Saturday @Meeting Point: Shinkwan B, 8:20 am

Event 2>> CICE Global Communicty Cultural Excursion,  Saturday, May 25, 8:30am ~ 5:30pm

                Departure Site: Student Center Bus Stop (email me at ci...@skku.edu with your name, student ID)

               - Destination: Seoul (Old palace, city attractions including the Old Sungkyunkwan)

Event 3>> Seoul Walk Private : Bus leave Saturay 10AM in from of SKKU gate stop to the flyover side

The guys incharge of Seoul International Walk contacted me as requested for names of the students in order to arrange seats. Lunch and travel is free and in this international even foreigners from 200 countries will participate. We are not sure if this event will take place in coming years in Korea or not but surely a great opportunity as representatives and delegates will also participate from different countries.   

In order to represent your country one can come their traditional dresses. I will send more detail about contact person.. just need to know names of interested ones...
