Hello,
This is julia from International Office. These are the detailed plan. Please explain you friends and let them enjoy in Sports Restival together.
Also, i look foward to having the lists of participants by tomorrow morning(9 May).
--Deatailed Plan--
@Meeting Point: Between Engineering Building 1 and Library
@Meeting Time: 12:10 pm
Once everyone gets on the bus, we will head to Seoul Campus.
-When you get on the bus, you can be offered;
snacks,
a Sports Festival shirt,
a lottery which you might get I-pad, Galaxy phone or Digital Camera and so on.
( next week, you can get a certificate of participation to make up for your absence )
- when you arrive in Seoul Campus,
You can get the ticket for Suwon Campus Festival usage. With this ticket you can have some food at Suwon Campus Festival (May 20-23)
You also can enjoy World Food Festival which will be held in Seoul campus.
-How to go back to Suwon Campus?
We will offer you a shuttle bus from Seoul to Suwon at 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm
-Even though it rains, the Sports Festival will be held as we planned. And if it rains, it might have plenty of luck for Int’l students. Guess what?
