TERMS OF REFERENCE
Three days training on “Camp setup management, Solid waste management and emergency cash distribution”.
1. Introduction
A local organization intends to conduct a three days training workshop on Camp management, Emergency Cash distribution and Solid waste management. The training aims to build the capacity of humanitarian works in WaSH emergency response as per minimum humanitarian standards. To enhance the knowledge of training participants and equip them with required tools for emergency response in WaSH the trainees will also be provided handouts as learning materials.
Purpose and Objectives of the Assignment
Overall purpose of the assignment is to train humanitarian workers /actors for better services delivery and provision of proper assistance as per minimum standards during WaSH emergencies.
This training is expected to improve the knowledge and skills of humanitarian workers in camp management solid waste management and emergency cash distribution.
Duration of the assignment
The Consultant is required to facilitate the training participants in 3 days training and prepare a time schedule clearly describing the topics, sub-topics, time, method and approaches.

The Consultant is expected to adapt the following methods for training where applicable.

- Individual/group presentations
- Question and answer
- Group work
- Group Discussion
- Role play
- Case studies
How to Apply
Consultants have prior experience of such trainings are requested to apply in full confidence as per deadline mentioned bellow.
The training will be conducted in Peshawar. It is anticipated that the assignment, (the training) will be arranged on March 24, 2017 to March 26, 2017. The consultant will submit training report within 3 days after completion of the training.
