Communication & Reporting:
Draft, review, and edit reports, proposals, success stories, and official correspondence.
Support internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and announcements.
Manage documentation and communication of project activities, events, and impact stories.
Ensure effective flow of information between field teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Assist in content development for social media and visibility materials.
Coordination & Representation:
Liaise with donors, government departments, and partner organizations for timely information sharing.
Maintain communication records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support planning and facilitation of workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Mass Communication, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the NGO or development sector.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu (Pashto is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
