A reputable non-profit organization is seeking a qualified and motivated female M&E Officer to support Immunization Project implementation. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring project activities, ensuring data quality, tracking immunization coverage, and supporting evidence-based learning to strengthen health outcomes.

This role requires strong analytical skills, field monitoring experience, and the ability to ensure timely and accurate reporting to support project performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and implement M&E plans, frameworks, and tools specific to the  Immunization.

·         Collect, verify, and analyze data on immunization coverage and outreach activities.

·         Support baseline, midline, and endline assessments related to immunization indicators.

·         Maintain updated records and reporting dashboards to track progress against project targets.

·         Conduct regular field monitoring visits to health facilities and outreach sites.

·         Prepare high-quality periodic M&E reports and presentations for internal and donor use.

·         Contribute to learning, accountability, and adaptive program planning.

·         Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with donor reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, M&E, or a related field.

·         Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E, preferably in health or immunization programs (NGO/INGO experience preferred).

·         Strong understanding of immunization indicators and health data systems.

·         Proven skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

·         Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools (e.g., DHIS2, Kobo, Power BI is a plus).

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
