Position: Project
Coordinator (Female)
Location: Nowshera District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Project Duration: Until December 2025 (part of a long-term development
initiative)

A reputable
development organization is seeking a committed and experienced Project
Coordinator (Female) to lead a long-term, community-based initiative
focused on women’s empowerment and child well-being in District
Nowshera. The project promotes sustainable development through inclusive
community structures and collaboration with local stakeholders and
international partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
implementation of project activities across field sites in line with
approved timelines and deliverables
- Facilitate
formation and strengthening of Women’s Community Support Groups to
promote economic and social empowerment
- Prepare and
monitor Detailed Implementation Plans (DIPs), ensuring adherence to
agreed work plans
- Oversee
project budgeting, event planning within allocated budgets, and track
under-/over-spending
- Develop
high-quality reports, event documentation, and PowerPoint presentations
for internal and donor use
- Maintain
professional email communication with internal teams and external
stakeholders
- Coordinate
closely with HR, Finance, Logistics, and Procurement for efficient project
operations
- Establish
and maintain effective liaison with government departments, NGOs, and
community leaders
- Participate
in cross-learning and coordination visits with Implementing Partners
(IPs) across Pakistan
- Supervise
the project team, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative,
respectful work culture
Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social
Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a
related field
- Minimum of 3
years’ experience in project coordination—preferably in women’s
empowerment, child protection, or community development
- Proven
expertise in:
- Developing
and managing Detailed Implementation Plans
- Budgeting
and event planning aligned with project financial lines
- Drafting
reports, case studies, and presentations
- Professional
correspondence with stakeholders via email
- Proficiency
in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Liaising
with government departments and NGOs
- Coordinating
with internal support teams (HR, Finance, Logistics, Procurement)
- Excellent
written and spoken English for communication with global donors
- Fluency in Pashto
and Urdu for field engagement
- Strong
leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Willingness
to travel across Pakistan for collaboration with other IPs
- Female
