Software Engineer/Associate Software Engineer - Service Delivery and Incident Management (SDIM) · Work on different problematic areas of application for the identification actual reason of problem e.g.; declined transactions, campaign manager, card track generator, degraded performance, aborted end of day processes etc. · Proactive monitoring of application performance in every area · Based on trend analysis providing feedback to the development, DB or Network groups for fixing the issue or capacity planning · Work proactively in case of any emergency situation and engage required resources for rectification · Have a good computer science knowledge (data structure, Algorithms, Testing, SE, etc) · BCS/MCS with 0-1.5 years of experience
SCM Engineer & Sr. SCM Engineer · Primarily responsible to ensure smooth and timely software build, release and software deployments · A degree in computer science or related discipline with 1+ years experience · Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of web based application deployment and configuration desired. Knowledge of Linux or Sun-Solaris platform would be a big plus
