Ideally we're looking for:
1. A good 4-year CS degree
2. Understanding of general business practices and procedures
3. Ability to think logically, understand business problems and build software models to solve them
4. Expertise in modern SQL, data mining, application and programming techniques
5. Experience in MS SQL Server, PHP, Apache, MySQL would be preferred
6. A can-do attitude with self-motivation and the ability to take initiative
7. Have some understanding of Business Intelligence
8. Great communication and presentation skills
9. Must be a creative thinker!
Job responsibilities entail:
1. Liaise with business managers and end-users to extract business requirements
2. Convert business requirements into formal software requirement specifications
3. Develop software prototypes for proof-of-concept
4. Maintain close coordination with ERP vendor for upgrades, bug fixes and new modules
5. Document ERP activities and develop end-user guides
6. Conduct regular training sessions for end-users
7. Continuously innovate!
