I live in the U.S. I have had female colleagues in the past. While
some of them have been really good at what they did, some were still
learning. But when you talk about Web Designing in particular, I've
seen more females in that field than males (it might just be my point
of view). I think Allah has given women more of artistic qualities and
men more technical kind. There are, of course, many exceptions to that
rule. But I, for example, always used to ask my elder sister what
combination of clothes to wear. And now I ask my wife :)
