And I am sending you Plan logo as attachment when you print PPI Urdu form one option will show on your window LOCATE then you need to select the Plan Logo file, then Plan Logo will show on PPI Form, so you need to save this file in your system.

Dear Aziz Sahib,
Thanks for sharing the Urdu Form.
1. the form should be on one page, the details on top of the form can be compressed e.g. there’s no need to have a full line for NID number;
2. the title of the form doesn’t seem appropriate, it can be “Pakistan ke liye ghurbat ki pemaish ka assan tareeqa”
3. “Progress out of Poverty Index” in English should be part of the title as the form PPI is owned by Grameen and PPI is a registered trade mark;
4. Values of Q8 to Q10 should follow the similar pattern of Q1 to Q7 i.e. the answers yes and no should be under values like Q1 to Q7.
5. Send form in two patterns; one with points and one without. The enumerators just need to circle the answers and shouldn’t write it as it will decrease the efficiency and accuracy.

I asked, because we planned to give Urdu Version to communities before EID, so they can collect data during EID holidays. You know, in urban Program Unit, we are working with Christian Communities
